Set up your game

Play alone starts at once, no nickname. For a room you choose a nickname, then share the invite link. You can still change the settings in the room.

How to play

Look at the letters
Everyone gets the same 4 to 8 shuffled letters. Shuffle them again to see them in a new order.
Type the word
Try as many times as you like: only you see your wrong tries.
Beat the clock
A solved word scores 50 to 100 points by speed. The word is shown at the end of each round.

Good to know

Common, family-friendly words of 4 to 8 letters.
Words in English or Italian: in a room the host picks the language.
5, 10, 15 or 20 words, 20, 30 or 45 seconds each.
Any word made of the same letters counts: lemon or melon.

No. Answers are checked without capitals, accents or spaces.

Yes. Every FunFoxes game is free to play, with nothing to buy.

Do I need an account or an app?

No. FunFoxes runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You only type a nickname when you play with friends.

Who can join my room?

Only people with your invite link. Rooms are private and end when everyone has left.
