Contact
FunFoxes is run from the United Kingdom. Questions or requests about your data: [email protected].
When you play
There are no accounts. The nickname you type is kept only in the game server's memory while the room exists, and is deleted when the room ends. What you guess or draw isn't stored either.
To stop abuse, the server briefly counts requests per network address in memory. Addresses aren't written to logs or kept.
The server keeps anonymous counts (for example, how many games of each kind were played), with no names, addresses or IDs.
Cloudflare
The site is delivered and protected from attacks by Cloudflare, which processes your network address and browser details to do so. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Analytics (only if you accept)
If you choose Accept, Google Analytics 4 measures which pages are visited, how long for, your device and browser type, and an approximate location (country or city) from your network address. Google signals and advertising features are off, and data is kept for 2 months.
It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> for up to 6 months. Google processes this data, possibly outside the UK, under its own safeguards (business.safety.google/privacy).
If you choose Reject, or don't choose, Google Analytics isn't loaded at all.
What your browser keeps
Needed for the site to work, so no consent is asked: the cookie locale (your language, 1 year), the cookie consent (your choice above, 6 months), your last nickname (in this device's local storage) and your place in a room (in this tab, until you close it).
Your choices and rights
Change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
